1. What Nouri is

Nouri is a platform that lets independent coaches offer an AI-powered coaching service delivered by text message (SMS). When you subscribe to a coach on Nouri, you receive daily personalized messages — meal ideas, workouts, and check-ins — plus two-way conversation, generated by artificial intelligence trained to write in your coach's voice and follow their methods.

2. AI disclosure

The messages you receive are generated by AI. They are not written personally by your coach in real time, even though they reflect your coach's style, programs, and guidance. Where required by law (including California's bot-disclosure statute, Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17940 et seq., and rules addressing digital replicas such as California AB 2602), we disclose this before you subscribe and you must acknowledge it during signup.

3. SMS program terms

• By subscribing you agree to receive recurring automated text messages — up to 4 per day (meal and workout texts plus a weekly plan; fewer if you turn meal texts off), plus replies to messages you send. Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll receive one final confirmation message, your messages will end, and your billing will not renew past the current paid period.
• Reply HELP for help, or BILLING for a secure link to manage your subscription and payment method.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any other good or service.
• Daily messages are only sent between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in your local timezone.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe at the price set by your coach, shown before checkout. You can cancel any time by replying STOP or via the billing portal (reply BILLING for a link). When you cancel, messages and billing stop at the end of your current paid period — no further charges. Nouri retains a platform fee from each subscription; the remainder goes to your coach.

5. Not medical advice

Content delivered through Nouri is general fitness and nutrition information for healthy adults. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a physician or registered dietitian. Consult a medical professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. If you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms, stop and seek medical care.

6. Coaches

Coaches on Nouri are independent providers, not employees or agents of Nouri. Coaches attest that they own or control the rights to the persona, name, likeness, and content used in their AI persona, and are responsible for the programs they configure. Nouri applies platform-level safety rules to all generated messages that individual coaches cannot override.

7. Acceptable use & termination

You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to manipulate the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nouri disclaims all warranties and limits its aggregate liability to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
