- Daily messages are sent between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in your local time zone.

- Supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt in
Opt-in happens on your coach's signup page at nouri.app/c/{coach}. You enter your mobile number, then see a separate SMS consent checkbox. That checkbox is unchecked by default. Checking it is optional — you can subscribe without checking it. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Sample messages

- Nouri: Sore after Tuesday is normal. Take a 20 minute walk today, hydrate, and we go again tomorrow. Reply STOP to cancel.
- Nouri: Manage your subscription at nouri.app/billing. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message. Billing does not renew past the current paid period.
