Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Profile information you provide at signup: name, phone number, email, goals, dietary notes, injury notes, equipment, experience level, timezone, and preferred message time.
• Message content: the texts you send to your coach's number and the AI-generated messages sent to you. Conversation history is retained so the AI can personalize future messages.
• Billing information: handled by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never your card number.
• Consent records: timestamps of your SMS consent and AI-disclosure acknowledgment.

2. How we use it

Your profile and message history are used to generate personalized coaching messages, deliver them by SMS, process your subscription, and provide support. Your coach can see your profile and your conversation with their coaching line — that's the product. Other coaches cannot see your data.

3. Who processes your data

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the service:

• Anthropic — AI message generation (profile context and conversation history)
• Twilio — SMS delivery (phone numbers and message content)
• Stripe — payments (name, email, payment details)
• Supabase — database hosting
• Google (Sheets/Drive) — coach-facing tracking sheets (first name, last digits of phone, meal descriptions with estimated calories/macros, and weigh-ins you text in), shared only with your coach

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for record-keeping and legal compliance. To request deletion of your data, email support@nouri.app from the email on your account.

5. SMS consent

We only text people who opted in. Reply STOP at any time to revoke consent — messages end immediately and billing does not renew. Consent records (what you agreed to and when) are retained as required by law.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The service providers listed in Section 3 process data solely to deliver the service and may not use it for their own marketing.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to know what we've collected. Email us and we'll honor verified requests.
